Not his fault Hellebuyck was horrible

Pionk literally scored on his own net and has been the jets worst dman all year yet gets top 4 minutes. Helle is also left out to dry on 75% of the goals so not his fault

Either way, the Jets have been eliminated. Maybe Pionk isn't good enough but there's bigger things to address

Send Holebuyck with him! Ffs what kind of Vezina winning goalie doesn't make the big save when you need it or can't steal a game, he was awful AGAIN tonight, should've started Brossoit.

Chevys first job of the offseason should be finding a taker for Hellebuyck, unfortunately there likely isn't a sucker out there that'd touch that anchor with a ten foot pole.

biggest thing to address is the lackluster defence, of which Pionk was a big part this year. We're likely gonna lose Dillon in free agency, Pionk isn't playing well enough to be a top4 Dman. Morrissey can't be the guy generating offence and be responsible for defending against the opponents top players. Hellebuyck can't get hung out to dry all the time. Something's gotta give.

I have more faith in Brossoit then I do Holebuyck.

Helle had the most saves in the playoffs to that point he has peppered and not all on him. When the best defensive team stops being the best and more like the worst that is a massive switch on helle who actually had support
