I don't know where that first is coming from. Unless Colton is shooting pucks into his own net, the difference between Krebs and Colton isn't a late first

Avs laugh and hang up. The RFA rights to 17 point Krebs are not worth the under contract 40 point Colton and a first.

WTH is that BUF trade. COL wouldn’t do Colton for Krebs straight up they sure as hell aren’t kicking in a first. That’s flat ridiculous. Now if you did Krebs and a pick for Colton you might have something good for both teams.

I love Colton, but cap space is needed. I agree I think he would be a great fit in BUF add some winning experience.
