    It's not just Lundell, it's unloading JGP's contract without retaining any salary.

    Also, Lundell was getting third line minutes and a minimal PP time with Florida. It's not unreasonable to expect that playing higher in the lineup with the Isles he'd put up better boxcars. He's only 22 and likely still has some room to develop.

    A young 2C with top line upside is worth more than this package. Pageau has negative value
