Nathan MacKinnon blocks the hell out of that deal. He hates Garland.

Canucks don’t do any of these deals

No interest in Chiarot. If we move Mikheyev it’s to clear cap space

We aren’t moving Demko, especially for that return

Even though Nichushkin is the better player, moving Garland for him is way too risky

That’s a laughably bad offer for Pettersson

Jets pass, Pettersson might be the most overrated player in the league. Enjoy that $11.6m cap hit for the next 7 years.

Lmao Pettersson would easily be the best player on the Jets. Despite struggling for the last 1-2 months of the season he still had 89 points (17 more than anyone on the Jets) and is great defensively. We will gladly keep our franchise player who’s arguably a top 5 center in the league, who last season put up over 100 points while playing with Kuzmenko and Mikheyev at 5v5

He's definitely talented. Good player when he wants to be. Disappears for long stretches. Y'all sure could've used him in the playoffs, to bad he didnt pl... Oh wait.
He played hard in his contract year. Now he coasts

He was playing through an injury and was mostly on a line with Mikheyev, Lafferty, Karlsson, and Hoglander (who was his only talented linemate but struggled in the playoffs). Once he was on a line with Lindholm (or Miller last night) he was noticeably better

But if you wanna talk about disappearing in the playoffs, it’s a shame that the “best goalie in the league” Hellebuyck didn’t pl… oh wait
