Columbus have no reason to move Texier unless they get a player that they need more in return. Even if they were looking to move him in exchange for a pick, I'd think they'd need a 2nd coming their way. Also, they'd get more than that as compensation from an offer sheet.

Well, time flies. I saw texier and I thought it was an attempt to get somebody cheap that was in the nhlpa assistance program. Glad to see he's back.

Something like this is a lot closer to reality than seeing the Sabres make big moves for expensive talent
