Sorry but JT is a team-changing superstar and Hedman was up for the Norris. You're allowed to pick OEL, but here's why i think JT or Hedman would go 1st:

JT - I am actually predicting that if JT re-signs the Isles will be cup contenders in 2018-19 (though i don't think they win it, they'd be a contender), but if he leaves, they might be 30th to 27th.

Hedman - I know this might sound kinda crazy, but Hedman might go ahead of JT ... i'd pick JT but it could be either ... Hedman's HERO chart is almost as good as it gets ... he was a Norris trophy candidate too.

OEL is great but i wouldn't put him 1st.
