cause it'll be his 1st year with the Preds? What about Josi?

Number of Cups means nothing to leadership. Ian Cole has two Cups, if he were on another team would he be the captain? Nope.

I'd expect it to be either Josi, PK, or RyJo. Ellis could get a look as well, but one of those three would be the guy most likely

How on earth can you make an assessment like that? Unless you are inside the locker room and following the team, you have no idea what the leadership is like. Some of the players speak about the leadership in the room, which is about the best idea we can get of leadership.

I would guess Josi or 3a's. I also don't think Bonino makes sense. I know they're all professionals, but bringing in a guy who beat you in the finals and making him your captain seems like it might not sit well with the team. Would probably be better to let him be just one of the guys rather than toss tons of pressure on him.

It seems like the consensus of Josi was right (and not Bonino)
