Trade with Wings to free up cap space

Created by: JakenBake59
Team: 2017-18 Pittsburgh Penguins
Initial Creation Date: Aug. 4, 2017
Published: Aug. 4, 2017
Salary Cap Mode: Basic
Description
This trade frees up cap space for the Wings and gives them a good goalie prospect. It doesn't seem likely that Jarry gets a lot of playing time with Murray being only 23.

I'd prefer Maatta, if possible.

Nielsen isn't getting dealt period, You want a #3C from Detroit it's either Helm or Sheahan that's it.

I'd give that to you in a heart beat. Solid middle 6 player, future in net and a good pick for someone who's stunting larkin's growth by taking up a center spot

Detriot would be gitty to do this and the Pens would be in CAP hell on a 33 year old sign for 5 more years at over $5m. Terrible deal for the Pens. Can't believe DET signed Nielson to that deal, but then again I can't believe much that they've done in the past 7 years.
