I think you're overpaying but its tough to tell with trades this big

Seem like a lot (five regulars) for Florida to surrender just to get the best player in Malkin (yea I know there is others). If Florida really wants to make a splash, next summer sign Stamkos, If they have too, they could trade a couple of their players you mentioned in this deal for a better return of assets.
