First off Gardiner isn't getting 7.5 million per season. Also I really don't see Matthews getting 12. Kapanen will need a major breakout to get up to 4.5 million. Also Carrick is not a 5 million defenceman

Gardiner making 7.5 is one thing how are Gauthier and Leivo making 2.5 neither can even crack the roster right now.

These suggested signings are too high. I'd suggest looking at the Comparables tool or check out other rosters for similar players - being RFA vs UFA matters a lot.
