Kuraly and O'Gara's is relatively low, but I'd rather keep the players unless I'm a little bit overcompensated. Heinen's is probably around a 2nd, but I'd rather keep the player at that price just like the previous players

No because Miller is actually a #5 defenseman, and both of those guys are borderline #6/7 defensemen

Quincey maybe. Moore definitely not though. He's offensively minded and thus would make for a better partner for Miller than he would for McAvoy, but I'm obviously not going to ask for McAvoy for Moore.
