My $.02 - there is no handshake on the deal until Nov 1st, otherwise it would be an October deal. While it might be morally questionable to reject a deal you already agreed to, you're not tied to it by the rules of the game.

Ok, well I apologize there guys but to be honest I am just tired of going back and forth with this same deal. I just want it to be done and move on if you know what i mean.

Like Booth said, If you really want Bratt inquire to Booth.
