Carolina Trade, Carolina relocates to west

Created by: jacobzentner
Team: 2017-18 Pittsburgh Penguins
Initial Creation Date: Nov. 8, 2017
Published: Nov. 8, 2017
Salary Cap Mode: Basic
Description
This trade wouldn't happen until Carolina moves because Pittsburgh would not want to play against geno much. But this wont happen in general because Carolina would have to pay a lot for Malkin. Please comment and do realize I'm not saying it will happen, but I think this team is so much better with this trade.

Malkin has actually talked about the possibility of leaving Pittsburgh and going to a team where he could be the superstar of the team. He said it crossed his mind when he had a year left before his most recent contract extension and that he gave it quite a bit of thought. He ended up deciding that sticking with Crosby and chasing after a few more cups was the better move. Worked out well for him, but that idea is likely still out there.
