im mean sure the coyotes could do that with Andersen but his value would diminish and from what ive heard a mid first round pick is not going to be enough

LMAO you aren't even close and comical you talk about adding Johnsson or Kerfoot who have negative value to the Hawks...they are cap dumps as far as the Hawks are concerned. If this is an honest proposal and not a troll job, please keep Nylander because there is not a chance in hell the Hawks accept.
Let me help you out...
Murphy = late 1st (plus decent prospect)
Saad = late 1st (at 1/2 retained plus decent prospect)
A Nylander = 2nd rounder
So what you've proposed is:
Nylander = (3) 1st round picks including the #17 overall, a 2nd round pick and a 3rd
You've got to be out of your mind if you honestly think Nylander is worth that.

my bad (I guess it really is that bad) of a boeser trade, is over shadowing something I think is smart, the moore to DET trade.

I should have put it in the description, but I think there is about a 0.5% chance Boeser is traded to the Bruins and a 10% chance is is traded at all. He just fits what everyone in Boston wants I guess. I want more of a tom wilson, but whatever.

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>yeeeeeeeeeetttt</b></div><div>nah its pretty bad. Kase scored as many goals with the bruins this year as i did. Oskar steen is a very middling prospect and a late second is a bad return for a very solid two way young winger even with the attached eriksson contract.</div></div>
It's even worse when you consider the fact the Canucks are trading a 1st too

If it was say DeMelo + you trade for another #3 RHD, I"d be fine with that, but you're using some of the forward assets

I get that if it’s just a straight up non NHL player with a big contract. Moore is probably 500K overpaid. Solid player.

Take out both UFAs signings, Fleury and Alzner's capdump, and you would have a realistic $60M caphit team.

Worst case scenario and they can't move him, Boston still has 2.6 ish in cap space with this scenario. If they push Lauzon down to AHL, they could keep Moore if necessary and try to rebuild his value.

Seeing as this is one of your first efforts, here are some points to keep in mind: Not only are we not interested in trading away either of our first-round picks (unless Nylander is involved somehow), we also have absolutely no use for Johnsson, Kerfoot, Dermott or Bracco unless they're effectively free. The fair value for Kerfoot may be a mid-second, for Johnsson or Dermott a third, but we're not paying that. Anaheim's primary need is at RD and our secondary need is at RW.
Welcome to CapFriendly, by the way.

Yea I think Nashville would want more for Ekholm. But having a guy that usually logs almost 24 minutes a game playing on your third pair is not a smart move. Ekholm can play right side as he had in the past and played it effectively. Having him with Reilly would be ideal. But Toronto would have to fork up something they don’t want to to get him. His cap hit is a major bonus for flat cap like this and teams would have to pay a premium for him

for starters, the 2019 pick wouldn't have been involved as he signed after the 2019 draft and wouldnt have been eligible to sign until after the 2019 draft
