UFA 2023 Rebuilt Completed
The roster is not rebuilt team? It as a mix of 12 veteran with 11 young players which impact players will start there 3 seasons and more in the league (Suzuki, Dach, Caufield). The D core is well balanced as well. The younger player in 2 years will be more mature and the players in the AHL will be ready to play and replace the older players...
They could be part of the playoff next season!

Thread:
UFA 2023 Rebuilt Completed
The 3 years term does not effect the ability to sign existing players since by then 16 million will free up (Armia, Dvorak, Evans, Edmonson, Savard..) Also these players will be traded most likely for future asset before the end of there contract. They will be replace by the upcoming players of future roster which will have low salaries not affecting the salary cap.
The next draft should complete the missing assets and depth for the Habs and complete there rebuilt stage. They have currently lots of future assets in there pool of players and for all position except for goaltender position. Of course a team that as top 5 pick will be very happy!!!

Draft UFA Trade
I agree with the two way street, but next year he will become UFA and he wants to play in is home town, so if the Jets want to get a return the need think about it.
Harris plays Left and Right, they have players in the deal that can play in NHL level and with a two way center of course he needs to be healthy to be available... Harris was a dominant D in US programs and NCAA. He as great skating, vision, passing... Really nice prospect playing in the NHL level at 20 years old for D it's not commend. First pick in 2023 draft none protected!!!
In the circumstances It is a fare return. If not MTL they can wait another year and sign him as UFA.

Sens are back
Is RFA so one year contract you have to offer a qualifying offer.... Long time deal that ends when is 30 years it will permit him to sign another contract at higher salary cap... Players that wants to win as to think about the team and not only there belly.... if he does not accept the deal then he will be traded for a great return. No worries there buddy!!!!

Yes he is, he had a bone disease at younger age which as slow down is growth. Now is healthy and add a couple inches in the last year and he can still grow...

Lets go for playoffs
My intention was not to make trades just to sign UFA's were we need it... Of course we can receive first pick at the trade deadline + this year draft we can get a top right winger like Michkov...
Stuzle yes center but I think he will have more success as left winger. I'm a big fan of Pinto this guy as lots of up scale projection and he is a natural center... Either or we need them on top 6.
Zub I agree but we need help on that right D core in short term this is why I would take Dumba instead. Mayfield provides toughness... Bernard-Docker is NHL ready.... Really tough to let Zub go away!!!!

Building for the Future and Today
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>herzausstein</b></div><div>Your statement for Nashville makes zero sense. If Weber plans on retiring, Nashville can’t simply put him on LTIR and keep him from doing so. He either retires as a hab and Nashville gets hit with recapture penalties or he is traded to a team looking for a back diving contract to help them get to the cap floor without having to pay much in actual dollars.</div></div>
Just look into it! MTL will pass that contract no matter what there penalty on the cap will be less then 500$k and he Pred's 4.5$M if Weber becomes retired! Pred's should get him back to control the situation!
