You pretty much just threw every player I see LA ACGMs trading to one team or another and threw them all at one team to take one of their best players

He's 64 years old now. The current Detroit Tigers could use him. 😆</div></div>

Petry's family is in Michigan. His Dad is from San Diego and a former Tigers pitcher who lives locally in Detroit. Petry isn't waiving for Anaheim when he wants to be near his family in Metro Detroit.</div></div>
Was his dad any good? Knew Petry was from Michigan and went to MSU but didn't know his dad played in the MLB.

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>VGKNation702</b></div><div>Honestly no clue. A lot is going to depend on this next series. I’d still say we need scoring, but that can be addressed with a Vlad or Kane in FA. No lie I’d LOVE Guentzel in Vegas but I can’t justify more than Roy a first and a lower prospect. At a certain point some of our prospects need to come thru.
I think Goalie will be either Hill or LB w/Thompson baring a complete meltdown in this series or following.</div></div>
Yeah it's very interesting. I mean the team you have now won the West and with almost everyone returning you have the benefit of not having to worry about replacing pieces you don't want to lose. I agree with you it would benefit you to get another top scoring F but yeah it seems like a pretty promising position to be in.

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>GoGuinsGo18</b></div><div>I took a look at Vegas' situation next year and it's pretty weird lol You guys have basically the entire team signed through next year with 8 million cap space but assuming Lehner gets off LTIR you'll lose some of that. Do you think you all will just stay pat minus a few tinkerings here and there or make some bigger moves and move guys? Just curious kind of weird you could literally do almost nothing and still have the same team if you wanted is what it looked like to me.</div></div>
Minus G bc Thompson will be back but Quick is a UFA and Adin Hill is a UFA and then you've got Lehner. Just curious what you think Vegas will do.

What would be the asking price for Markstrom or Vladar you think? Just weighing the options that are out there at the position.

Are you that high on Rossi or are you low on Guentzel? Goligoski gets 3 million off their books or w e he is, 2.5 mil (they are VERY tight against the cap), Addison has been a healthy scratch for 4 months and they have no plans for him other than try to get a trade before they let him walk, a 1st is gonna be in any deal, with 3 million retention? I don't like it for the Pens just my opinion but it's not a bad trade imo.

More offense while keeping grit
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Pensman69</b></div><div>Wouldn’t be our best route to go, we are lacking another shut down. We don’t want to be a spin-off of STL and LAK this year with a D corpse of too many offensive defenseman. Petts is about the only guy with raw defense on the team and it went horribly as anyone could’ve expected. Now you look at when we had Petts, Marino, Matheson (2 way game) and those are 3 valuable guys that can protect the zone and the defense was a lot better because there was more support and shot suppression.</div></div>
Yeah wouldn't be my top choice either but depending on if we decide to shake up our d anymore than just replacing Domoulin he'd be an interesting cheap option if we did need to replace some scoring on our backline.

Sorry for the loss bro. You all would have won that game 5-2 if Lehkonen wouldn't have been offsides on what I thought was a lazy play by him. Killed all your momentum. Seattle deserved to win the series imo but just saying if that stays tied 2-2 you guys were cooking when you put the 2nd one in, things would have ended differently that game 7.
