You've really over rated so many Isles due to their cap and/or term. One year of Sorokin isn't worth all that much. Pageau is nice but 3rd liners aren't paid 5m. Two years of Nelson isn't needed by the Sabres at that price....Sabres have two great value centres signed long term.
But the other trades seem fair, though I'm surprised Pullock was traded.
