possible i didnt check but last time i checked last spring between 7.250 and 9.150 was 2 1rst and 2 2nd but still looking at the habs last 8 years 1 rst rd pick i cant say i wouldnt give 4 of them for draisaitl</div></div>

following your own link the cut off is between 7.851 and 9.814 mil is two 1st and two 2nd above 9.814 then its four 1rst
