Using last year's ELCs and this year's retention (Barrie)... This is way too easy.

Predicting the Atlantic division standings
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Phil2893</b></div><div>A lot of guys in MTL team have finish with career year this past season so they could regress</div></div>
I do think some will, Domi won't get close to the same totals, but they have other guys who I think will grow. So I think where they have regression, it'll be balanced by progression of other young players. Injuries will be the story for them, if they don't have many, I think the'll fight for and win a wildcard spot. If they deal with a lot of injuries, they won't do well at all.

Predict the Metro
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>LoganOllivier</b></div><div>The Atlantic has 3 teams that are better than any of the teams in the Metro and then Florida and Montreal that I think are better than most of the teams in the Metro. The Metro is a very balanced division but they don't have any elite teams anymore. Its mainly balanced because the top teams in Pittsburgh and Washington have started to show their age and are declining. The rest have caught up but no one is very scary to look at. They all have strengths and all have some glarding weaknesses.
I'd be incredibly surprised to see the metro finish with the 2nd most combined points, but they'll likely finish ahead of the Pacific. That is a dumpster fire.</div></div>
Montreal better than most teams in the Metro? ouuuuf gonna strongly disagree on that one xD

Predict the Metro
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>LoganOllivier</b></div><div>The Canes could win the division or miss the playoffs and I wouldn't be surprised. Its a weak division and its hard to really put anyone as a lock at this time. If New Jersey gets good goaltending they could win the division, if not, they won't make the playoffs. Same with Carolina, and Philly. If Crosby carries the Pens they could win the division, if not they could miss the playoffs. If Washington somehow figures out how to play at 5v5 again, they could win the division, if not they could still win the division but be first round fodder. Its a complete crapshoot.</div></div>
explain why you think its a weak division? Best division as far as talent across all teams IMO. Another prediction: Metro finishes with the most combined team points at seasons end

Predict the Metro
You can almost put all the teams in a hat and rank them as you pull them. This is as much of a crap shoot as the Pacific is, I'm predicting 5 teams from the Atlantic will make the playoffs this season and only 3 from the Metro. If I had to wager a guess, I'd say Philly, Pittsburgh and Washington make it top 3 but it could be anyone else and I wouldn't be surprised.

I don’t see any possibility of Hart not being the starter opening night. If we’re going to be a competitive team next year he has to be the guy, and with how impatient the flyers FO is getting I can’t imagine they’d be too happy to see Elliott start opening night

Bold Predictions for each team in the 2018-19 Season
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>rangersandislesfan</b></div><div>These are bold predictions, so if they seem crazy, that's the whole point:
<strong>Anaheim: Misses Playoffs</strong>
Arizona: Makes Playoffs
Boston: Heinen scores 60 points
Buffalo: Team gets at least 80 points (misses playoffs still)
Calgary: Neal scores 30+ goals, Lindholm scores 50+ points, but they still miss the playoffs
<strong>Carolina: Aho gets 80 points</strong>
Chicago: Under 70 points
<strong>Colorado: MacKinnon gets 90+ points for the 2nd straight year</strong>
Columbus: Bob wins Vezina
Dallas: Radulov gets less than 60 points
Detroit: Last in NHL
Edmonton: They are in the playoffs
Florida: Borgstrom scores 60+ points right away
<strong>Los Angeles: No playoffs</strong>
Minnesota: Staal gets 90+ points (SUPER bold prediction, i know)
<strong>Montreal: Better than Chicago</strong>
Nashville: Rinaldo makes the lineup (even though he shouldn't)
New Jersey: Johnansson struggles again
NY Islanders: Lee scores 30+ goals playing with Barzal, but team finishes with less than 70 points
NY Rangers: Zuccarello is NOT traded and he re-signs with the Rangers
Ottawa: Erik Karlsson re-signs long-term (I know, another very bold prediction)
Philadelphia: Couturier is up for the Selke again
Pittsburgh: Schultz gets 60+ points
<strong>San Jose: Burns scores 80+ points</strong>
St. Louis: Tarasenko scores 45+ goals
Tampa Bay: Gourde scores less than 40 points
Toronto: Goes to round 3 but loses in 7 games
Vancouver: Sutter scores 50+ points (Yes, i just said that)
<strong>Vegas: William Karlsson gets less than 60 points</strong>
Washington: Back to the Stanley Cup final
Winnipeg: Laine scores 60+ goals in regular season and at least 15 in playoffs as the Jets bring the cup back to Canada</div></div>
Idk how many of these were actually bold, but i "bold"ed the ones i got right lol.

no idea team should make playoffs this year
The Metro will be very fun to watch this season. Every team could make the playoff it will be a WAR. With that said, on paper, Philly should be in the top 3. Washington/Philly/NYI are my picks but you can easily argue that these three will miss the playoff !

Thread:
Suggestion: Please Add Traded Teams Automatically For AGM Creation Titles
I don't know if I'm alone here but I think it would be great to have the teams that are traded with automatically listed somewhere in the AGM name titles.
For example:
Name...................................................Season.................Trade Teams....................Created By
NYR 2020.............................................2019-20................WPG, DAL, CBJ.................Lamar1226
I think this would encourage fans of other teams to check the trades out, which would be much more fun and engaging..... Or horrible, as usual.
Another suggestion I have is to add the teams that you traded with available to be swapped with in the finished AGM so that you can check if the cap hit works, how the traded players might slot in the other teams lineup, and to see what a players stat line is like without having to go back to the original team to check them out (which I do often when I don't know a specific player).
Thanks for your time, hope you enjoy my suggestions.
