Gaudreau I could see a team in free agency over paying alot for he's been steady pker. greenways (would of said not a chance of moving him but after the athletic article by russo yesterday about how many times greenway has been late or missing meeting) greenway could be gone. but as of not it has to be steel, Hartman, greenway. Shaw and dewar wouldn't be a mill.. dewar is still signed another year. so it's mainly Shaw

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>jnowariak</b></div><div>Agree with everything you said, but I’d add the Wild will need to move out a guy or two that are currently in the top 9 next year and everything has a price. I’m not saying a 1st for Hartman is that price, but it’s in the territory where you absolutely have to think about it.</div></div>
I agree with both but I think Hartman becuase so much more valuable to the wild starting next year as the cap problems and probably having to let Gaudreau leave because we can't afford him. I get every player has a price but it would have to be the biggest over payment ever for the wild to do it. This would have a lot to do with (my opinion) rossi not staying or producing this year. with that all said the only thing I disagree with you about is the wild having to move out 1 or 2 top 9 players. Gaudreau and steel are both ufas and could quite possible both price them selfs out.

Unless you just want to stay pat with Hartman as out 1c and no additional scoring help. A dman that were not resigning and a (I ment a conditional pick not protected) becomes 2nds. boeser a 50+point guy for 3.3mi a season is a steal.
It's going to be interesting to see what he goes for.

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Billy739</b></div><div>MTL would but you wont get the value you want without it coming via Mailloux.
Wideman,Mailloux , 2nd round pick in 2023 and 2nd round pick in 2024 as i dont think he'll do a sign and trade.
Others may pay more but without MIN RS or taken someone back of equal cap hit then i dont see a ton of cap compliant teams left for 6m.
That or Savard and a 1st if Dumba does a sign and trade.
But really its just bad timing for MTL as i dont think he's the guy to play beside Ghule anymore then Savard is.
I do think however he'd elevate Harris's game and could compliment Matheson .
I dont think he'd play well with Eddy or Xhekaj but i've been wrong before lol
Really Erik Karlsson or Sean Durzi are the only one's MTL overpaying to get makes sense.
Karlsson is an extreme cost but in a timeline that works for MTL up until the final year in regards to term.
Durzi aka Suzuki's former Teammate and Bestfriend who cause mayhem on the Power Play in Junior just seems like he's also compliment Ghule's style</div></div>
I don't expect to get much for him. I'd be shocked if it's a 2nd n prospect. 50% retain is almost a gimme right now to trade him.

Leafs definitely could benefit from an upgrade in their top 4 D and they are looking for a guy who is Physical and can also move the puck. They have been struggling to generate offense this year.</div></div>
dumba is such a hit and miss player
some games your like why doesn't he do this every game then next game it's a tur over machine and he should be sitting the rest of the season.

I didn't mean home town but just a team and area he's familiar with. I could also see someone giving him 5+mill a year.

I dunno there's still a decent roster there. I get it sucks but to get that type of a center. I'd be shocked if a team which I said last off season dumbas a 5-6mill player will get much over 4.5. he's been pretty plain and not much good for him right now.
