Detroit Red Wings signed Pius Suter (2 Years / $3,250,000 AAV)
This sign has potential to be the STEAL of this FA. Suter has a great upside. Another great job by Yzerman.

(NJD/BUF) - Butcher, 5th for future considerations
Any player that Buffalo add to their roster is a win for them. I mean, ANY PLAYER.
PS: But it's undeniable that Butcher is the greatest LOSER of this trade.

Anaheim Ducks signed Ryan Getzlaf (1 Year / $4,500,000 AAV)
It's tough to vote for this one. There's so much involved here. One thing is a fact: Getzlaf cares more to stay where he belongs than to try to win another cup.

He's better and most important to Tampa than Stamkos. That says everything.

And the Kings are building a solid team to fight for a playoffs spot. Specially in the weakest division of the league.

Yes, it’s league minimum but they could’ve gotten somebody better.</div></div>
Man, there's NO RISK AT ALL, nothing to lose in this sign and maybe something to win. It's a minimum TWO-WAY contract. In the worst scenario, he'll play for WBS. In the best, he'll help our bottom-6 scoring depth. Simon played solid for us in some moments. There's nothing to dislike here.

Playing for a team like Calgary you can't complain for how bad he played. Calgary is in the worst situation possible. A bubble team that clearly needs to rebuild.

San Jose Sharks signed Nick Bonino (2 Years / $2,050,000 AAV)
Very good sign. As a Pens fan, it's impossible to don't like Bonino for what he did for us in our back to back cups. HBK line is UNFORGETABLE. As for the Sharks, they're doing a very good work in this offseason. Finally!

If Seattle gets 19/20 Schwartz, then it'll be a good sign. If he plays like last season, it'll be DREADFUL.

Pittsburgh Penguins signed Brock McGinn (4 Years / $2,750,000 AAV)
I really liked this sign. McGinn will be a good replacement to Tanev. He's not dynamic as Tanev, but he's still a very solid bottom-6 player.

Man, Ceci got more than 3M/year and you guys are complaining about less than 3M for just 1 year to Ian Cole? I don't get it. Compared to the STUPID things made by Carolina, till now, this sign sounds even better.

Man, I'm sure that every single Pens fan, like me, knows how well he played for us. Specially in playoffs. He gaves us a lot of ENERGY and he had a lot of chemestry with Carter. I was hoping to bring him back. Pity. Good luck to him and very good sign by Minnesota.

New Jersey Devils signed Jonathan Bernier (2 Years / $4,125,000 AAV)
It's arguably if this is a good contract (to me it is, cause NJ have a lot of cap space and Bernier is a good veteran goalie). But it's undeniable that THE GREATEST LOSER here is Carolina. One of the most stupid trades that I've ever seen.

Dallas Stars signed Ryan Suter (4 Years / $3,650,000 AAV)
Most of you guys didn't understand the point here. To sign for such salary Suter asks for more term. Any team which wanted him for just 1 or 2 years would have to spend something like 5M/year. I think 3 years would be better, but I wouldn't be complaining if I were Dallas fan. Besides, the window to win of the team is almost closed. So, I like it.

Carolina Hurricanes signed Frederik Andersen (2 Years / $4,500,000 AAV)
A small question to those which vote for yes: HOW do you guys can think this is a good sign, when Carolina traded their good young goalie (which signed for just 3M) for almost nothing to sign an inconsistent goalie, like Andersen, for 4.5M??? It makes NO SENSE AT ALL.
