Whenever the Hall trade happens though I feel an extension will be in place so the devils get top dollar. You are right about that part plus I think we need to trade for someone that can replace phill production

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>claysbar</b></div><div>Unfortunately the probability of performance bonus overage make some of this unlikely. Marino will get his and Kahun will get at least half if his play continues. Your scenario would still work if Johnson is bought out and if Gal has to take a 2-3 mill 1 year show me contract. You could understand his performance (or lack of) with a re-building MTL and ARZ teams but if he can't make hay with Sid or Geno, where are you at?</div></div>
I agree with what you are saying but we will have to wait and see when everyone is healthy look at what Sid turned Guentzal into I think he can do the same for Alex but he will need time

That’s what I was trying to get to plus his contract is one of the best and he will really improve with Sid and geno

Time to pull the trigger
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>pharrow</b></div><div>Halls entire career has been injury prone and he's only put up 90 points 1x in his whole career.
You are vastly over valuing him.
He'll get a 1st and a prospect.
Teams are going to look at him and take a serious look as to whether he's worth what he wants.
He doesn't even have the same value as Stone in my opinion. Hall has had 2 good season. An 80 point year and a 93 point year, and there was a whole lot of not worth what he'll want inbetween, before, and after.</div></div>
With Malkin he probably will hit that 90 point mark again
