Kane Tavares Carrier Blueger
A 7th isn’t enough to get the Hawks to take Fabbri. Kane supposedly want term in his next contract, if true 2 years doesn’t cut it.

More than a fair price for Bahl. But the Hawks aren't looking for more LD. Should have no problem getting a 4th from someone though.

Tweaks
If Winnipeg wants Chicago to eat $8m in cap hits for next season, they better be prepared to offer a 1st round pick, not a 3rd.
There are better players available in FA that Chicago could spend that money on instead of a 3rd line forward and 3rd pairing d-man.

Lmao. The Marner trade is an awful proposal that will never happen.

It's like a luxury bag;
Do you need it? No.
Is it way too expense? Yes.
Can you brag at the fact that you grossly overpaid for a cap dump? Absolutely.

Kings back to the throne
Hawks could use a future 2C but turcotte hasn't shown he's capable of being that guy. He's also pretty small and the hawks desperately need some more size in their forward group. If this is the price of turcotte the hawks will look elsewhere.

I would do a late 3rd for Turcotte if I was desperate at center for my farm system, but I can't see buying much more because he was a high pick....you buy the player they are now, not what a team thought they'd be. If LAK didn't develop him right, it shouldn't be up to another team to pay for the opportunity to do what they couldn't.

Kings back to the throne
Hawks do need an NHL caliber middle 6 C. But Turcotte has done nothing yet to show he can be that player. He's just another roll of the dice at this point. Definitely not worth pick #34 in the draft. Easy pass for the Hawks.

Go Caps
Kuemper may have value to some team but it's not Chicago. They already have Mrazek locked up for the next two seasons and they're working towards growing their goaltending from within. Suzdalev has regressed but he's still young but his value isn't enough to pay for dumping Kuemper, which Chicago would view as a pure cap dump.

Agreed, there are worse options than him. Just don’t think he would be on the top of Davidson’s list, or second,or…….

I think that there's very little chance anyone is going to give you a second-round draft pick for Ilya Mikheyev. A fourth, maybe, but I doubt that it will be a team that has six LWs under team control for next season already.

I don't think giving away Maatta or Fabbri will be as easy as people think it will be. Holl and a 2nd someone bites on I hope. Perron is getting more, I like Toffoli but 6 years is too long. Veleno has non tendered rfa written all over him.
