This is very well explained but some of my thoughts:

TOR trade is just too many parts on both sides. I like a lot of the fits for both teams, but my guess is that they would just be in for pacioretty or tvr or edmundson or just dump brodie, not do all 4 in one deal. No matter how they are moved, I would expect the sum return for TVR + Pacioretty + Edmundson to be slightly less than what you have here.

Dowd to EDM is a great fit and this would be the least I would want to move him with retention.

I think Mantha will return a 2nd -- that is the pretty consistent going rate for secondary scoring pieces at the deadline (Rakell, Domi, etc.). Don't think Carolina is the best fit for his style of play though however. VAN, TOR, FLA would be my top fits for him.

Milano is not "need to move" level yet and that kind of return for him I think would be a little disappointing. Beaucage is a 22 yo forward who is currently in the ECHL and doesn't have a track record of high pedigree or success, a 3rd and 4th are definitely good but would rather just keep him around at that point.

The MIN deal is the most interesting, and I just think it comes down to whether the Wild decide to listen to offers on JEE or not. If they aren't (which is the way I would currently lean) then nothing the Caps could offer would get him out. If they are, then this would be a VERY competitive offer IMO. Lapierre + 2 seconds is already pretty good, and the Caps' unprotected 25 1st is an extremely good asset, taking Kuzy back is just the cost of doing business and could work out well. I would have this as significantly more than NYI gave up to get Horvat, and at least equal with what NJD gave up for Meier -- the two last big forward for futures comps.
