Yeah except for the fact that Arizona isn’t doing that and Johnsson isn’t signing for 1.2 million less than kapanen; if anything, he’ll be getting more.

Well it ain't that easy. Due to his term...not necessarily his cap hit, Zaitsev likely stays a Leaf. So don't sign Myers. If you trade Nylander, can't (and shouldn't) trade Kapanen
Nylander has is better than his shown, Leafs need cap and his trade value is low. IMO, tow second rounder is about his trade value .
Leafs just might be cap compliant with a Nylander trade.
