Description
Fair trades? That was the idea. This is a big injection of balance to the Leafs, and an unorthodox gamble. Signed for years longer than Cizikas, Nylander is extremely hard to lose. But the Leafs have swarms of wingers. I firmly believe they have "offensive wing player" covered for years to come. You can rarely win a trade of a borderline elite young player like this, especially with his team friendly contract and years of control...
But this may be a case that you don't lose. Wing is just not as valuable as center. Winning now is a big priority. Hesitating due to possible remorse in the summer of 2021 is not wise. Maybe, you went all in, and received the big payoff already... apologies to the big Nylander, Hyman, Ceci fans, but this Leafs team has a bit more of everything than it had before. And maybe has enough...

Trade 1: Toronto says no but the values not too far off
Trade 2: that offer is trash for Chicago. Delia was a great back up last year Perlini had a pretty strong 2nd half. None of the players Chicago is receiving even make the team.
Trade 3: Nucks decline. they have more than enough top 9 LW's

These trades are just insane. Nylander for a 4th line centre and bottom pair defenceman? Lol
