To be honest, if it were a 1 for 1 I might think about it. Santini is big and physical and still has some untapped skills. Skates well for a big boy. Most attractive is that he is signed cheap through next year.

The down side... if someone gets hurt I don’t want him in the top 4.

I understand what your saying but upgrading the backup is gonna cost something, this is as low cost as you get.


Value is there in this trade, as long as Ingram is ready.

Nashville declines this trade. Think they are looking for saris to be the starter in the future.

Leafs have hutch. I think he is capable but if something comes up and the price is right then dubas can make a move. I don’t see any reason to force it.
