Description
This is a new challenge that I am doing that is suppose to help me in nhl 20. I am going to show my player ratings for every team. I want to see what other people think so I can have the most perfect rating in nhl 20. That way nhl 20 for me can be very realistic. This also helps me learn more about each team. If you want to join you can. My ratings are probably all wrong so I want to learn. Remember, this is for fun and we may have a different view on player ratings. -Guentzel is a 40 goal guy and has debunked the being carried by Sid myth so I think he is more 90ish OVR.
-Letang is generally under appreciated and gets hate for his turnovers but is a great skater and underrated defensively. This year he played with jack Johnson the majority of the year and his corsi was barely underwater. That says a lot. With Dumoulin it was 56-57 I think. Letang-89
-Dumoulin is a legit top 10 defensive defenseman. Like Brodin. He steadies the top pairing. Dumo-86
-Zucker, Marino, Rust, McCann, Murray, Jarry ratings are Ok for now but next season will determine where they go big time. They all had interesting years and leave a lot of questions. If rust has 30+ goals next year then his rating goes up. Marino was top-5 for rookie of the year and just all around solid. Zucker McCann Jarry all relatively new so I need another year to evaluate. Murray is great sometimes and horrible sometimes. I personally think he’ll be traded but you never know.

Up one point on Tanev, Hornqvist, Pettersson, Simon.
ZAR and Blueger aren’t there but ZAR is top-10 in the league defensively by some metrics and Blueger should be 80 at least. He had a really strong year.
Schultz should probably go down to 80. He had a brutal year.
