Description
All For One actually means all of their effort for one game.
Welp, it seems the confidence level has completely dropped. At least Slater Koekkoek looked good tonight. I'm lost for words, but I know deep down this has always been who we are. Horrible starts, turnovers, and more turnovers. How as a Hawks fan could you think about resigning Dylan Strome after that game? How in the world do you think he fits this team? Don't come at me saying "this is one game", because this is exactly how we feared the Hawks would play. Definitely don't want to discredit the Oilers. They came out to play.

I stayed up this late to watch that...

I'm not gonna trash Crow. He made a couple of mistakes, but oh my god the turnovers from this team. No way the Hawks start Keith and Boqvist ever again in this series.

I have Seeler joining because of how out of place Boqvist looked tonight and the Hawks need to put bodies on these forwards. I know you guys are going to hate but IDC its what I want.

I used to like Mcdavid...

You can sit Nylander while you're at it and throw in Sikura in his place...Nylander was brutal tonight.

Dach belongs as the 2C as I said all summer long and got roasted by some people on here...not sure how much that says about Dach or how much that says about Strome.

Oilers put their game plan together around our first line...that was obvious.

BoQ didn't have a great game but that goal he appeared to give up, that Strome fumbled prior to going in, keep in mind Keith was on the opposite blue line putting a hit on a guy when the puck was already entering our zone....Keith retaliates a little too much IMO...always has. Anyway, a mess but yeah Keokko was playing really well. Murphy looked solid. Maatta had a big mistake of course but bounced back. Swap out Highmore for Hagel on the 4th line....not that Highmore is bad, but let's get a little more speed and puck skills then just speed and hitting.

Anyway, just hoping this series goes to 5 games and we lose.

Nah, if you want to sit nylander after a bad performance you gotta sit Boqvist after an even worse performance. The first goal was his fault and the neal goal that made it 6-3 happens because of his soft coverage.

Think the post is a over-reaction and this was just one hockey game and Oilers made some adjustments after game 1 and now it Hawks time to regroup. Hawks are in this series and just need to get some bounces in game 3. Would never count out Toews and Kane in an NHL playoff series even if they are on a young rebuilding Hawks team. Toews in my opinion is one of the best captains in NHL history and my guess is he is taking the boys for a pop tonight after the game to regroup the team. Hawks will be on fire for game 3, trust me.

The last goal was not the neal goal, you are referring to the 5th goal and yes I agree on that one. The first goal not so much, it was a good beat by someone really special named McDavid. The last goal was not BoQ which is the one I was referring too

Nylander was crap. He's literally played 2 periods of hockey in 2 full games so far....gone missing for 4 periods as usual. Kid is dumb as dishwater I believe is his problem...just doesn't know what to do out there when the hitting starts and the speed of a real game takes effect.

Well whatever goal it was my point remains the same, Boqvist was pretty brutal tonight. If you are going to sit Nylander you gotta sit Boqer as well. It’s not fair otherwise.

Crawford hasn’t made any of his spectacular stops we are used to seeing, if we are going to win this series he has to be better.

Edit: on the first goal it doesn't matter how special your opponent is, if you leave him wide open in front of the net.
