If Danault is included in the package with an extension, I don't think you have to include that much more. IMO Danault + Kulak + 2020 2nd for Laine + Perrault gets the deal done. There are 3 reasons for this.

1. The league is migrating towards having more depth scoring and top defensive forwards than overloading with star players. See New York Islanders, Philadelphia, Dallas, Vegas (to an extent), the only team in the conference finals that is overloaded with star players is Tampa.
2. For the above reason Danault becomes even more valuable after the Selke Trophy finalist list was released. Danault finished 6th in votes behind only Couturier, Bergeron, O'Rielly, Cerelli and Stone. See link https://twitter.com/ThePHWA/status/1304215345213906947/photo/1
3. Pageau who finished 13th on the list was traded at this years deadline for 1st + 2nd + 3rd without an extension. Pageau had 40 points in 60 game and that was a career year for him where as Danault had 47 points in 71 games and was on pace for his second year in a row at 50+.

Id be shocked if Habs trade Norlinder honestly. Guy is looking like a elite defenseman in the making and hes a LHD.
