Okposo is a pretty big contract to eat for 3 years. I think the Kings would consider that deal, but I don't think they'd send back Wagner.

Wings pass. Glendening is good on ok and faceoffs and Hutton had a 3.18 gaa and below .900 save percentage.

I've been going back and forth for the past 10 minutes on whether I think the Kings would do this. I came to pretty much the same conclusion that you did, where that contract is too heavy to send back an NHL-ready roster player. Man, that #8 pick is pretty tempting though, especially with the players that could still be available. I think it would a draft-floor trade with the Kings waiting to see who falls to #8. But if the sticking point was Wagner, with one of Raymond or Holtz being available, I think LA would pull the trigger.
