Fleury and Pouliot for Nick Baptiste (nice prospect,) Franson, Nilsson, 2nd or 3rd rounder? Adding Franson to give you another defenseman for the 7th... and buffalo can't absorb whole Fleury contract

Or

Murray and Kunitz for Nilsson, Carrier ( decent prospect with top-9 potential,) 2nd round pick (BUF)

Would these work? Idk value for Murray really

Right now murray would have to be more valuable than flower just do to his age and what he did last year. Idk many buffalo prospects though. Maybe baptiste, Bailey, and a 2nd condional 1st if buffalo reaches the Semi's though. Would that work?

Only drawback I can see in trying to move Murray is that Bishop is also set to be moved - so could hurt each ones value that there is another option out there for teams.

You may want to add Calgary to the list of possibilities if Brian Elliot continues to look the way he did against Edmonton.

Unless a trading wants to make Murray or Fleury their "protected" goalie, the market for the Pens two goalies might be limited. The Pens are going for the Cup now, so I don't really see the need to move a goalie during the season. One year of Fleury probably get a good return for Pens. Murray to Arizona, Dallas, Vancouver, Calgary, maybe Ottawa and Colarado. Of course if Murray is traded, do the Pens need to go looking for a goalie in the summer of 2018 when Fleury is a UFA?
