It is most likely going to be 3 Divisions of 8 teams in the USA and 1 Division of 7 teams in Canada. The states will be divided by Geographical location. They also cannot do 5 divisions cause of conference balance, who would slot in where in the conferences? The Way I outlined it Canada and the East is one conference and Central and West is the other.
