Larsson.

Better sample size. Has been better for longer. Obviously part of the most memed trade in recent NHL history... but he's still a solid top 4 defenseman and probably will be until he retires.

I don't think trading one for the other makes sense...

Holl might eventually prove to be better, but his limited sample sized, mixed with how he only is any good with Muzzin, raises the red flags for me. I don't think Holl has done well enough in his small amount of time at a higher level to warrant more value in a trade.
