Habs next year based on some recent CF non Habs fans trade offers

The only one I wouldnt do is the Drouin trade. Rather have his contract be done and free up cap space next off season then take on Zucker

Zucker has been underperforming since being in Pitts, you could potentially get another guy like Tatar coming to Montreal. I like that trade from all sides; Both teams are trading away underperforming guys and Drouin gets the peace of mind because he won't be THE guy anymore.

This may be an unpopular post (and I haven't read anything about this, so it's my take), but I think Drouin has played his last game as a Hab. He is still young enough to play well on a team that is further away from the bright lights of Montreal. There are certain players (and contracts) that teams will want to get rid of, and I could see Drouin and a pick going one way for one of them.

Many people hate on the guy, but it truly isn't his fault he was traded to Montreal. It may have been his fault that he was traded, but not his fault that he went to Montreal. Looking back on the trade is playing revisionist historian, and I don't want to do that (not as fun).
