Remove the condition on the 2022 pick and LA might go for it. There's no way they're going to risk giving up two 1sts in addition to that haul.

I don't think the Kings would be interested in Tarasenko. Too old, too expensive, and too many question marks surrounding his health.

If they make it past the 1st round it's gonna be a late 1st.

Kings interested in a top 6 winger. Tarasenko could be had for not that much.

I agree about Tarasenko, although if that's the cost you could argue that it's well worth the risk. That's essentially just cap space; I like Kupari but he's expendable when you consider LA's stable of prospects. I don't really know what Tarasenko is going to be like for the rest of his contract, but I'd hate to sell low on what was once an elite player.

Change the condition to if they make the finals with Eichel playing in at least 75% of the games, and maybe. If LA gets their two forwards, the internal expectations are going to be a deep playoff run.

I'd disagree that Kupari + 2nd is "not that much", especially when Tarasenko comes with a $7.5M cap hit. If LA moves Kupari, it's going to be for someone younger.

It's a prospect and a late 2nd for a top winger who's healthy now with a bigger cap hit. That sounds fair to me.
