Like the Bertuzzi idea might need a little more but definitely think Detroit needs another top center prospect, gotta see how the draft goes first. Might need like a 2 or 3 for Patrick but other than that its good ideas

I've been preaching the NSH-DET swap so that DET can pick Cossa for a few weeks now. I think NSH agrees to this. If not, change the 4th to a 3rd this year and I think it goes through.

The Vrana, Hronek deals aren't enough money. Vrana will likely get 5.5m+, Hronek will likely get 4.5m+ AAV.

We have no need for Oleksiak, Hyman, or Ullmark. Bernier will be back, Hyman doesn't fit the rebuild and likely makes 5m+, and Oleksiak likely makes 4m+. He also doesn't fit the rebuild timeline.

I like the idea of picking up Patrick, but I don't think Philly makes that trade. At least not for Svech.

If McTavish drops to 6, I'll be ecstatic.

Yeah you need to massively adjust your expectations on what you get when you trade down. Look at other trades if you need help. The actual cost is a late 2nd (think 55 or later) to move from 22 to 18 using Eric Tulsky's chart.

Can't see LA trading Vilardi, he was real solid for them this year and is finally starting to look like a top center. Wings accept though if the trade was offered.
