<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>aedoran</b></div><div>I noticed you had said that in a different ACGM and you are not alone several other Wing's fan here feel the same way and there is a 3rd group of Wing's fans that would ok with Dunn but they'd want something else as well. We have DDK who I like but his last back surgery and sitting out a full year may have too much at 31 and the league just keeps getting faster, can he still be effective in the 1st or 2nd pair? Cholowski has played in 109 games and still hasn't figured it out. Then we have McIsaac since being drafted has missed a big chunk of the last 2 seasons to have each of his shoulders surgically repaired and thats an injury that never heals 100%. So it's not will he need another operation but when will he need another operation.</div></div>

Honestly, IMO, Dunn just doesn't fit the Wings timeline. Cholo showed quite a bit of growth over the last year. I think he'll be a pretty solid 3rd pairing guy. Put him with Stech and he's got a real shot. McIsaac is a bummer for sure. DDK likely has a mediocre future, but he's a stop-gap until Stevie can figure the left side out. ALL that being said, I still don't see Dunn as the answer to any of those problems. I think this year was his peak performance level, and for a 1st rd pick, especially one that could pick us up a Cossa or a Chayka, it isn't worth it to me. But Stevie knows best. Maybe he does make that trade. I'm not going to be upset if he does. I just personally wouldn't.
