EDM
  1. Killorn, Alex
Additional Details:
Tampa is in a bad spot cap wise. They need to move out some money while gaining bodies. Think something like this could work.

  2. Benson, Tyler [RFA Rights]
  3. 2022 3rd round pick (EDM)
2.
EDM
  1. 2021 5th round pick (OTT)
Additional Details:
If a single first was enough for Toronto to shed a single year of a more Expensive salary in Marleau for a competingclub like Carolina. This should be enough for a less expensive 2 years on a rebuilding team like Detroit. Especially between friends Steve and Ken

  1. Lagesson, William

With Benson, Lagesson and Jones now traded away, i have Seattle taking a chance on Klefbom returning. If he cant his LTIR space can be used in a trade with a cap strapped team or kept for themselves.

This is probably good enough for Detroit to accept.

Two 2nds, Lavoie and Lagesson all just to dump Neal? huh?

If thats the price, we'll take the $1.9m buyout penalty. Thats a ridiculous haul.

Yzerman can't pick up the phone fast enough to accept that deal. 2 2nd rd picks in deep drafts, and 2 B-tier prospects is a GREAT haul for 2 years of Neal.

Rangers don’t touch that trade with a 10 foot pole. Buch I was a P/GP player and NY’s top penalty killer. Worth a hell of a lot more than a cap dump, two borderline AHLers and a 1st

That’s not true, Marleau’s buyout was 4M cash while Neal’s is 7.67M and the AAV is also more (1.916M x 4 years). Also friends don’t give discounts. The only thing friends are more likely to do is negotiate with each other.
