VAN would have to pay for us to take Schmidt. We are taking on $2M more in cap hit so Caps aren't giving up anything extra, VAN will have to.

I like Kempny and it sucks that he was injured for the whole season. Realistically I doubt you would get more than a 4th for him, but when he's healthy and on his game he is worth more than that
