This is interesting. I like the idea if we are not going to make a bigger splash. With the Wild getting hit harder on the buy outs after this year I don’t see them making that splash. So why not.

eh, probably not worth 9th OA for vancouver. vancouver can shed salary pretty easily compared to torontos situation imo; schmidt should garner interest, can dump roussel for cheaper too, buyouts etc are probably all more asset-effective ways of doing things. it is jim benning tho so who knows
