    Even if they take him we keep kerfoot. Lose one 3C to keep another. Plus Kerfoot has better playoff numbers and can get goals in the post season so who cares. Losing Hallander and a 7th is meh as Hallander not NHL ready and the 7th is a who cares pick.

    I honestly think after his performance in the playoffs and the fact Hakstol is the head coach Kerfoot gets taken

    Who knows they may just take Hyman's rights

    McCann is an RFA and can be locked up long term as they have some control. Kerfoot will be a UFA, so that’s how I look at it. McCann also had a way better year last year than Kerfoot. McCann can play on the PP and PK just like kerfoot and he’s a year younger and cheaper for this upcoming season. IMO there’s 0 reason why they would take kerfoot over McCann just due to the pros. There are 0 cons to taking McCann over kerfoot.
