      If that's all it cost to get Forsberg with retention there's about 30 other teams that could offer that or better. Its gonna cost more then that

      If the preds end up trading forsberg it will be a better package than that. That might be the oilers first offer then it would get beat by 10 other teams trying to get him

      OTT has no use or need for Kyle Turris and a 2024 4th round pick is nowhere near enough incentive for Melnyk foot the $2.2M he is owed this coming season.

      Forsberg retained for a first isn’t happening. You need to add a high end prospect plus a first to get him. Retention is another B prospect or 2nd.
