Don't think that gets it done for SJS. The first round pick is the most intriguing piece and it'll end up being a late pick. Ritchie really holds no value, and Dermott plus a 2nd doesn't warrant SJS retaining half.

Ducks get at least a first for Manson, especially at 50% retention, and they dont add picks in either. easily declined
