Not sure how this bolsters the blue line. Trading two NHLers for one, and having absolutely no 7th Dman or anyone with Marlies that is NHL capable.
Then next year don't have two NHL Dman making 3.5m and thing Klingberg goes via UFA,,, plus losing two 1st rounders in effect. Seems pretty horrid for the Leafs.

Holl is a minute eater on the PK, which I believe the the Leafs are 3rd overall in the league. Klingberg if I'm reading stats right, sees very little PK time.

Klingberg has been declining and has been pretty terrible this year with pretty cushy zone starts. He is not worth remotely that much, especially as a rental

I'll say this... finally a realistic offer for Klingberg. (That is the kind of package that will get Dallas thinking, if they in fact want to move this guy).

That being said, you can probably take out the 6th and the 3rd and it still may not be enough. If Klingberg goes on the block, there will be substantial offers for him. Even as a rental.

Good on you for putting together a decent package though because spare parts and low draft capital won't get it done.

Klingberg has been pretty bad this year, this is in no way a realistic offer for him

The Oilers are fine for RHD but have their top 3 LHD injured... Holl doesn't help.
