The asking price for Miller is a 1st and top RHD prospect, Boston does not have one of those. Offer is solid, but not what they are looking for.

McCann is not Gretzky. Frederic = Lauzon. 2nd and Steen is more than i’d want to pay for McCann considering how good Steen has looked. I’d say this pretty fair value. I think if either side says no it’s Boston. Seattle is deep on D shallow on forwards. They pick up 2 centers under team control for awhile and a couple of picks for a mediocre middle 6 center and 3rd pair d man. They might do a bit better selling them off separately but not much.
