Dillon plays the wrong side, and isnt good enough to bump anyone down the roster. Toronto wouldnt take him for a 7th let alone that

I don’t like or hate it from the rangers side. If jets are really selling at the deadline rangers would give up a BIG package for Scheifele. That’s more of a rebuild move tho for WPG.

What would NY have to offer for Scheifele? Jets need big RD and RW.

Dillon is the most popular D to trade for Jets fans I've noticed, that's across reddit and twitter as well as here. Seen as the most expendable mostly because of the LD logjam I think. But I agree with you he should stay.

So, the Jets give up a valuable trade chip and overpay hugely for a malcontent winger they have absolutely no use for and trade two other good players for low end LD's to add to the Jets deepest defense position and retain to boot. Very poorly thought out deals that do nothing to help the Jets. Although I'd imagine this is meant as a troll.
