Why don't you want John Carlson???

But the Flyers definitely say yes.

Read the description. I, for one, find his honesty refreshing.

I get most of why you are frustrated with most of these guys, but why Sheary? I thought he has been pretty decent for a lot of this year?

As for the team itself, I can't see any team going for Chyc and Lindholm. In this scenario, I would rather stay with Chyc, move Fehervary to 2LD, and promote Alexeyev or Johansen, depending on which one does better in training camp/preseason.

Garland for Pilon, Hagelin, Sprong, 2nd, 3rd
This doesn't get Garland. Pilon is a B-prospect at best, Hagelin is not positive value, Sprong is dine-a-dozen. The highest value piece here is the 2nd.

4th for Eller
Could easily get a 2nd+ (not + as in a 1st, but 2nd and a 3rd, two 2nds, etc) Eller is potentially the best true 3C in the league. Contending teams are constantly looking for guys like him.
