I don't *hate* the Ducks trade. If that's the best that can be done, sure. Think I'd prefer Helleson or a 1st in a deal for him though. To me, the ideal target for Rakell is the Rangers to try and get Lundkvist though. Even Jost. Compher just isn't really what's needed, though I understand the you'd need to get him off the books.

That's not me saying Compher is bad, it's just that the shutdown crew is covered unless someone like Rico or Silfverberg gets moved.

Probably about right on the PHI trade, but if the rumours are jost, helleson and a 1st for Giroux, they'd do better selling Braun elsewhere, (the rumours on Braun are a 2nd).

But its pretty fair both ways, but PHI would probably throw in Braun, but want Barron over Helleson and the 4th

Avs have zero need for Deslauriers with MacDermind already on the roster. PHI probably needs a little more with Braun included.

I think that if the Flyers are trading Braun to the Avs they would want Barron or Helleson

Flyers trade is pretty much fair though I'd rather keep Helleson and pass on Braun. Still say Compher, Ranta and a first is more appropriate value for Giroux, but I don't hate it.

The Anaheim trade I don't think gives ANA what they'd want and Deslauriers is a totally unnecessary piece for the Avs as Xqb15a says.
