I'll explain, I think that Zadina needs a change of scenery because it's just not clicking in Detroit. I've seen Zadina for Brannstromm swaps but I don't think that happens because Brannstromm does not fit in on the future of the blueline in Detroit and he has been the fourth best defenceman on the Sens behind Chabot, Holden, Zub. And so maybe playing alongside Stutzle will help reinvigorate Zadina's career. I'm incredibly open to feedback here as I don't know what Zadina's value is.

No? Yzerman isn't dealing Zadina for picks only. He'll be dealt for a similar player that needs a change of scenery like Tippett or Kravtsov.

Zadina is a very frustrating case! He does just about everything right, but somehow just can’t put it in the net. His value is probably at it lowest now so I don’t think he gets traded unless someone overpays and gambles that this is his absolute floor. He saw time on the first line the last few weeks and it seems like he might be coming out of his funk now, so I expect a “wait and see” approach, and hopefully rekindled chemistry with Vrana when he’s back then if the trade him it will be a draft day deal.
To answer your question, two 2nds is probably good value, but the wings wouldn’t do it.

Has he been improving at least? I could see a move like Zadina for Kravs happening if he hasn’t been steadily improving. But if he has been getting better over the 2 seasons then I’m with you on the not being moved unless it’s in a big deal

Yes he has been improving Blashill has said that has been improving and they like the way he's playing. At the end of last season he and Vrana he chemistry so unless it's an overpay I don't see Zadina being traded before Vrana gets back.
